Post-episode: Tonsil Trouble

Apparently a lot of people hated this one. I didn't

I went in with low expectations, and got a pretty good episode out of it. For a while, I really thought that Cartman would finally get his comuppance. But of course, with Matt and Trey continuing to suck his dick they had to find a way for Cartman to win. That was the major negative of this episode.

Still, I liked it a lot more than I thought I would, mostly for Kyle continually kicking Cartman's ass. Cartman's had it coming for years, and that was just incredibly satisfying. It wasn't like the other episodes I mentioned earlier, which gets it major points, and the AIDS jokes were good, as well as the message that the only thing that helps with AIDS is spending money to combat the effects.

I'd rank it around the first/second tier cutoff, but I'm not going to do a review of it for a while.

wow you're a genius...the message wasn't that we need to spend more money doing AIDS research. The message was that if you have alot of money its fine, but if you're the average joe, or an impoverished person in africa, then you're going to die because the health care system sucks. They were also pointing out how complacent people have become regarding AIDS and how sick it is to make fun of such a disease, and in south park fashion, point out their own hypocrisy in doing a gag like this.

You misunderstood my point. Nowhere did I say that the message was that more research was needed. I was saying that the only way for someone with AIDS to try and cure the disease was to have a lot of money - basically what you commented on. I should have made it more clear.

But a big thanks for commenting, since you're the first ever to. Hopefully a lot more people do so.
